scubado
Grilled a beef brisket on the grill today, finished installing the rods my icicle lights will be installing on. I hooked up some lights to make a simple animation 9/11 display. Ate the brisket. Finish a sequence for the lights and assign channels. Made some tweeks. Had carrot cake for dessert. All in all, a very good day!
jimswinder
Made four, what I am calling "Star-Sticks"...sorry if that term has been used by anyone else.Basically what I have seen called "Firesticks" except I plan on putting a Tri-Star made from one CCR (hopefully) on top of each one. Each Star-Stick is a 10' x 3" Grey PVC (Conduit) and has five segments (that only cover 7' of the PVC, so I may add another segment...but it needs to above some of my other elements) of C6 lights (20 channels)...with each segment having 4 100ct Strings of each Red, Green, Blue and White.Hope to have some video next weekend after my CCR's arrive on Thursday!! Just a few moments of silence so "I will never forget", then on to my midi tree. See if I can get the base poured to support it.

Denise Brunner
Starting the day off being on ambulance/EMS duty from 8 am to midnight in case something bad happens in the NYC metro area - still waiting for the football game to start (and be over). While on duty I welded my "body stand" for my anamatronic "Mr Winter". Then helped my daughter's boyfriend weld up a new topper for my 2nd Mega Spiral Tree. Programing is going real slow.... Guest guest
Price was right, and for me, TVs are like cars..just give me one thats reliable, and doesn't cost too much, and I'm fine...don't need the flashiest or the fastest. But I hear you..at the point I decide to make the purchase, guaranteed I'll be over-analyzing and reading wayyyy more reviews than I need to.But to stay on topic, me and the sequence editor (sequence editor and I?) did spend some quality time together this weekend.. displaysinmotion_will
My company signed a contract with a local city and we will have 140-16 channel boards for the display and I have always enjoyed soldering the boards myself. we have 100 kits that need to be assembled so Im paying my co-workers from my "real" job(we are slot technicians at a local casino) to help assemble all of these boards and we kind of made a party of it last night on the back portch of my house...we had three soldering stations set up, oout of view was my other co-worker to the right and my spot was to the left..
