edvas69
Dan,Im just wondering as we have many LOR users down under (Australia) how international orders will be handled. Due to the way the sale will be done if someone is combining orders and lives overseas that means it will be the end of September before he can consolidate his order for delivery. Traditionally its taken well over 2 weeks for processing and delivery (thats if its processed within a few days) so that doesnt leave much time at all for international customers to recieve their controllers in time for getting their shows prepared. Will there be any priority given to these customers at the end of the month due to the extra shipping time? Will shipping only commence for all goods after all the sales have finished, so if you ordered CCRs only will that mean that a person will have to wait until the end of September before it gets shipped? These are questions that have been raised by others that im sure will be very important for any international customer that is planning their display and using LOR
Trebs
Good morning,I too was thinking these exact same questions...I don't mind waiting for the shipment(one would hope it would be despatched by mid to end Oct to arrive early/mid Nov...)I just want to get the order squared away so I know what budget I have left to play with for other items, such as lights etc As an International customer, freight cost is a big factor, so would like to get as much as possible in one shipment.Once I know what is actually coming, I can then plan around that, and sequence etc... Maybe I should just get 1 controller only and forget about my grand plans with showtime directors, input triggers and more channels?I never would have thought I would be thinking Xmas Lights in Aug (well started in June in reality...) what an addictive hobby this is

This can be an all year round hobby for the truely dedicated (crazy)
Andrew Bev
You are so right on the money.Last year I bought one controller in late October but I was still able to get my first show up and running. This year I tried to hold off until Easter before starting but now after our minis I have had to re-sequence another 48 channels on top of the 48 I thought I was using this year. I have added spinners and a mini mega tree using RGB strips. My budget has blown way out this year and I am already planning next year. There are only 9 weekends until November and 13 weekends until the lights go on Good Luck everyone.
