jimswinder
Okay...so this evening I FINALLY hooked up my second monitor that I have had for months, since I am about to do some SERIOUS sequencing!!!!I did a search for my answer..but no luck...So how come, when I have two sequences open, I can't drag one from one monitor to the other? (I have a LOT of copying and pasting to do!!)When I try to drag it over to the other monitor, it just goes off the screen and disappears!!I can do it with all my other applications?EDIT:I CAN move the whole editor from monitor to monitor..so I suppose this will only work with two Editors open at the same time? And is that possible? Don
Few things:1) You can only have one copy of the SE open at one time (that I'm aware of)2) You can have two or more sequences open at the same time. Use ctrl-tab to switch between them. What, exactly, are you trying to "drag" between monitors? I would think if you are going to copy/paste you would simply do that, copy/paste. I don't recall a way to "drag" events from one part of the screen to the other.

Manually stretch it go across both monitors. Then, make sure the sequences inside the SE aren't maximized. There are two "minimize/resize/close" buttons at the top of the screen when a sequence is maximized. Use the one associated with the sequence, to get it out of max mode. Then, open the second sequence ... adjust as necessary.

Max-Paul
Hope I am not to late. Jim you need to swap the left monitor with the right monitor. Right now you think you are dragging from lets say the left monitor to the right monitor. but actually you are dragging from the right monitor to the thin air off of the right side of the monitor into never-never land.Just joking.... scubado
I'm just posting to see if my avatar changes.OK, that didn't work. I uploaded a new avatar and it shows that it is my current avatar, but my old one is showing in the forum. I'm I missing something?
