Planning a bigger show at a church

I currently have 48 channels in my display, and after doing a show at my church another church wants me to do the same thing but in a much larger scale. I am unsure of the number of channels, but I am looking at doing a wall of lights on 3 walls 35 feet tall and unsure of the length as of right now. A minimum of channels would be 8 controllers, 126 channels. This would more than double what I am used to, but really small for most of you. I am planning on buying a controller or two, hoping the church will buy a few, and maybe borrow/rent a few. I would love to have 160 channels.
It would be in April, so am planning right now. What would you suggest I do? Maybe there are not many differences between 48 and 160, but if there is would love to know ahead of time LOL.

I think you'd notice quite a significant difference between 48 and 160... you can certainly do a lot more with 160 and in many regards you'll find it easier to work with because what you do will seem far less repetitive. I doubt this will surprise anyone, but you can figure the sequencing will take longer, too.
