Papa-LF
Been searching high and low, and have not found guidance on how to utilize the input channels on my Servo Dog controllers. Servo Dog works great at controlling the servos on my display, but I would love to trigger an event from one or more of the devices. How do I recognize the input (on or off - open or closed circuit) and how do I incorporate that trigger into the LOR software?
Bernie
Papa-LF,Goto LOR Hardware Configure- under- Lor control tab, select unit(id)number for servo dog. Then select configure at the bottom of the page. This is where you will set input/output info. Be sure you save this to the servo dog once completed also make sure you write down the configuration so you know what each channel does when you perform your sequencing.Note:: servo dog must be connected Hope this helps.... Papa-LF
Bernie and Jeff - thanks for that info - am sure i can go forward with it from here. Is this some kind of undocumented - or hidden in the documentation goodies? BTW Jeff, I have the header for this, knew i would be needing it at some point. Thanks guys, this is what the forum is all about. Hopefully others will see the light and use it for what its intended, eventually.....
