Sleeves and Covers

Just thought I'd share my past weekend adventure with you. Seems like a lot of you are starting to construct those big items for the holiday. One of mine is a giant arch over my driveway. Needed/wanted a way to have a clean looking hole once complete with a sleeve that would be water proof and safe.

Pointers: Keep your sleeves a few inches below ground. Keep the concrete slightly below the sleeve. Use a Irrigation cover to hide the sleeve. See picture for finale product

Just pull pipe out, insert a rubber plug, and put lid on box :PIMG_2204.JPG

here is one "section" being made....being built to be able to withstand my butt sitting on while over driveway:cool:
