Seems like a lot of you are starting to construct those big items for the holiday. One of mine is a giant arch over my driveway. Needed/wanted a way to have a clean looking hole once complete with a sleeve that would be water proof and safe.Pointers: Keep your sleeves a few inches below ground. Keep the concrete slightly below the sleeve. Use a Irrigation cover to hide the sleeve.
