Impersonator Wanted for Sound Bites

Not that kind you bunch of perverts!!!

I would like to add some custom sound bites to my show for the purpose of reminding people to turn off their lights, don't block the neighbors driveway, etc. Ideally I would love to find a voice impersonator who can do good easily recognizable celebs to do these sound bites.

I think it would be a hoot, for example to have Clark Griswold say "Hey Russ, run out and tell that dumb b*%$&!& to turn off his headlights," or "Eddie, how many times have I told you not to block the neighbors driveway with your RV." OK, I would love to say that, but in real life would make it clean and hopefully funny. I have already run this past Kevin the DementedElf. He doesn't do impersonations, but I could use a Santa and Elf voice to do the same thing.

Anybody know of a good impersonator looking for a fast buck?

I know of a guy in Albany, NY who imitates a Christmas light enthusiast. Maybe he can also do voices.:P

I'm not touching that one with a 10 foot mega-tree.

One of the members on this forum does voice overs for a fee. Prices are reasonable, I haven't used him yet, I hope to next year. He is the Demented Elf, although I just tried looking him up in the member list and didn't see him. Does anybody know where he's been?

Wonder if there would be any merit doing a request on a site such as these:

http://www.voliners.com/forums.php

There are others that I have seen where voiceover talent just want to use their talent for free or for a few dollars donation. Might google it .

The DementedElf was the first person I contact about doing the impersonations.

I am into my 8th Google page of impersonators/voice-overs, and I got to tell you I am surprised at how bad most of them are. You really have to use your imagination when you listen them to compare them to the person they are trying to impersonate.

I don't know where I come up with these ideas for my show. I guess I got spoiled when I was able to talk a local radio station personality with a very recognizable voice to do my show introduction.

I really focus on these little touches.

I am friends with a club circuit comedian who is going to ask around. Lots of starving performers out there right now.

Thats a cute idea, and way cheaper than hiring Chevy Chase to do sound bites.
