The first thing I would try would be this:

(1) Close all of your running programs, especially LOR programs, including the LOR Control Panel, which is the light bulb icon in your computer's system tray. You can close the LOR Control Panel by right-clicking on it and selecting "Unload Light-O-Rama".

(2) Using Windows Explorer, open the directory that contains your LOR program files (this is typically, but not always, C:Program FilesLight-O-Rama).

(3) In that directory, there should be a program called LORPost.exe (it may show up as just LORPost, depending on your Windows settings). Run that program.

(4) It will ask you for the directory that your LOR data files should be put into. Tell it the directory ABOVE where you want your sequences - for example, if you want your sequences in C:LORSequences, tell it C:LOR. Make sure that the Windows account you are using has access to read and write to that directory.

(5) After the LORPost program completes, try running the Sequence Editor again.
