The Issue At Hand

So... I have become bent out of shape on an image that resides on a members website. The issue is not stealing the image itself but how it's portrayed. That website says 2010 gallery and talks about the display. At the bottom, an image of strobe lights appear indicating their strobe lights are packed up for the season. But wait! That site is not mine.

Anyone is more than welcomed to use the content I post on my website including images, but ask first. And 99.99% of the time, I will say yes and that's it. All of the sequences are free at-will use as you like.

But, taking them is not right and against the copyright laws. It boils down to common-law robbery. You have taken something that's not your's and indicating it is.

Do I really want to make an issue out of it by pursing legal action? Nope! I think spending a couple of grand on something small is ridiculous and the money can be spent on the display making many thousands of people smile.

In the end, that's what we should be concentrating on more rather than doing things that [Foul Language Used] people off. But, that can be fun too.:D
