George Simmons
Are you kidding??? A 4th of July show with CHRISTMAS LIGHTS??? You must be out of your mind... I've never heard of such drivel... I can't believe ANYONE would stoop that low, even people from Jersey...

scubado
Like! My landscape lights are doing RWB sequences. I wanted to add my floods on the house, but they are on loan right now.
Surfing4Dough
Have an non-musical animation loop running over 10 minutes--same as shown from Memorial Day below, but added some stars in the tree for the 4th weekend. Animation included mainly just slow fades, twinkles, shimmers in a variety of patterns over 10 minutes (with Rainbow Flood and 2 Spots on the house). This animated gif shows some of the stills I captured -- the actual display is slowly changes between the various combinations.Happy Independence Day everybody! I usually find displays that only have one item light, like a tree, boring, but that was fantastic! Excellent sequencing on that!!Greg
rodman1369
http://forums.lightorama.com/view_topic.php?id=26862&forum_id=82I did one last night...my very 1st show (other than lights spread out on my bed) Thanks to all the innovative, fine people here (and a few people selling lights cheap!) I was able to construct one arch and one firestick...with a few small innovations of my own...I strung out a bunch of colored lights on a pvc frame hanging down at the top of a "firestick" set to shimmer and twinkle or just on for a second or two...looked like a rocket shooting up and then a burst of colored fireworks...all set to patriotic music. I also double-wrapped a couple sleeves on my arch with red on one and blue on another...so I could have my white arch show the Red, White and Blue...Unfortunately...I was busy running the sequences (will be better prepared next time), so I didn't get any video...But my brother had his camera running...so...maybe soon... But...the crowd of about 20 or so sitting in lawn chairs in a backyard didn't mind...they Clapped after every song! They Liked it...They Really Liked It! Attached files

In case you didn't recognize the work, this was Josh Barnett, the young man featured on HGTV along with Chuck Smith a few years back. I have always admired his work.-Gary-

G8RMANJAX
I had a display and show... I am a newbie and wanted to have a test run so to speak to make sure I knew what I was doing prior to setting up for Christmas. I had 6 songs using 22 channels and 4200 lights. Unfortunately, the flag washed out the video alot, but it looked great live. This is the order of my show....Tell me what you think. - Pledge of Allegiance - Grand Old Flag - Star Spangled Banner - God Bless the USA - Some Gave All (cut down) - Taps Attached files
paulanator
Hey good show, especially for your first run. I did Christmas last year as my first show, but I found that the 4th I really learned a lot of sequencing and other things for this upcoming Christmas.Nice job on the flag, posts and firework elements.
