Paul C
The status light will not flash with the cable removed, and the hardware utility will not see it when it is connected. I have cycled power several times. The last time I was working on it I was fiddling with the #1 input, and had it working. My show would start when I closed input 1. The next day had this problem. Did I brick my board?
cmoore60
You mention using an input. Remove the input and see if you get the LED to flash. Unless you are using one of the interface boards from LOR, you MAY have accidently got on the incorrect pins on the header.Chuck

Max-Paul
I dont know which model controller you have. But sounds like maybe a reset is in order and then lets see if that fixes things. If this is a PC model, remove the jumper on the input pins and then power up for a second and then put the jumper back on the header. If the address is set via rotary switches, set both to zero and power up for a second. Power down and return the switches to original positions. One more note, need to have on the PC model boards, the jumper on the header or on the terminal board that you are using to interface the input signal. If you have taken the interface board off, then you need to put the jumper back on the header.I only have the PC board controllers (non-rotary sw type). There might be a need to have a jumper on the header for the non-PC controllers. I dont know so if someone could jump in and fill in my lack of info.
