Best way to Video display Upload

I want to video my first attempt at a display (4th of July Flag) what is the best way to video and the upload to my webs.com page. Also, record the sound or add it as a track to the video later. What software is best.

Any help greatly appreciated.

For simple things, Windows Movie Maker works pretty well.
Record with sound then dub over the track with WMM to get a clean audio track. You just add the track in and then jog it back and forth to line it up with the live sound.
