THolland
My other computer has just about quit working so I copied all my sequences and audio and install the demo program on a different computer and it plays my sequences but I cannot copy anything to finish a sequence unless I start all over with new clean sequence. What am I doing wrong or is there a setting I need to change or will it work if I get the license and register this demo?
wallleyes
It will work if you license that computer.
scubado
Your original computer needs to be licensed, reopen the files on that computer and resave them to unlock them. If your compter is now dead, your new computer needs to be licensed, the only way to unlock them is to email the .lms files to LOR support to have them unlock it. Been here, done this. (I'm almost certain this is yes, but I've been wrong before...) And would an .lms file made with a "licensed" version be loadable in the demo version and then be able to be saved back out to that persons unlicensed Demo version of the software so they could work or make changes to it? (Now this one, I'm not sure about myself, but thinking maybe.)Just seems this could help a newbie much quicker if they found a local LOR user that has a licensed version than having to send the files to LOR, wait for LOR to unlock their files, and then send them back, that is, if it could be done by anyone with a licensed version of the software. Any sequence (regardless of origin) that you save with the Demo version will be encryped. It can only be decrypted by a licensed version on the same machine that the Demo version was on.At LOR we can decrypt any sequence so if you get stuck you can contact us via the help desk: http://lightorama.com/support/
