Excellent Brian. How many channels in your Marty fan if you don't mind my asking? Also, what video editing software do you use?

16.

15 slices and the border.

I just picked up Sony Vegas 9 for $45.

I'm still getting used to it but I'm liking it. Soooooo much better than Windows Live Movie Maker.

Hi Brian,
Great job...as always! and I love that version of "Joy to the World". I was wondering about your christmas tree face? How many channels is that? Did you build it yourself? Would you mind if I used the concept? I'd give you full credit of course. Please let me know.

Thanks,
Sally

Brian - great job. I really like the stars and how you expand and contract them. Can you share any details about their construction - number of channels, number of lights, etc.

Thanks

Sally,

Yes I built Bernard myself. He uses 7 channels but can be done with 5. Feel free to copy or interpret it yourself. That's part of why we are here on the forums.

Doug,

The stars are made with 1/4" steel rod. the legs are 6, 9, and 12", using 50, 50 and 70 lights. The poles are electrical conduit each wrapped with 500 minis. Each starpole uses 8 channels.

Both

PM me your emails if you want me to send some closeup pics of the items.
