Can I watch the playback in real time ?

Can I watch the playback in real time while the system is in "play mode"? Perhaps using the sequence editor??

Yes, you can.

You can watch in the animation window, and/or watch outside if "control lights" is checked and you have lights hooked up.

This is in the sequence editor.

You cannot watching during a scheduled show playback, just from the sequence editor.

Before you can watch a sequence via the sequence editor, you will have disable the schedule. If you don't you won't have access to the comm port.

I was editing my sequences last night with the control lights feature turned off while my show was running.

When I played it back though the song played "on top" of the show song that was running.

We thought you wanted to control the lights with sequence editor thats why we gave the answers that we did.

Can do that part fine, wanted to edit my sequences while the show was running, & it works (sorta).
