KenL_MCSE Posted December 22, 2010 Share Posted December 22, 2010 You have take a multi-meter to the set and find the voltage. Most sets are 3 wires. 1 common two hot. Generally the common wire goes from end to end. The hot wires can go halfway or all the way. If it is a 70 count strand, look for where the wires drop to two.
