rhinoguy30 Posted December 20, 2010 Share Posted December 20, 2010 Ok last year I had a problem with my led lights not dimming. now this year i have a problem with my non led lights!! wierd!! well anyways last week before christmas and i would like them working. I contacted lor and they have never seen this problem before! I have had it 2 years in a row but this year is opposite!! Can anyone help me on this one? :? Can anyone help me on this one? :?You have also opened a ticket on the help desk and I am not sure what is going on here. To the best of my knowledge this is the first time I have seen a case where the LEDs were fading okay but the incandescents we not.Make sure that the firmware is up to date on the controllers.
