Power Supply of a LED cord -> problem?

Hello! It´s me again. ;-)

I got a LOR system. Now I want to test some lights.
I tested some types of LED cords. These LED cords all have voltage transformers (input: 240V ; output: 12V / 24V). I tested all functions for a short time (on, off, fade up, fade down, twinkle and shimmer) and all functions worked.
But I wonder whether functions like shimmer can damage the voltage transformers.

Has anyone experiences with LED cord with 12V / 24V voltage transformers and can tell me if it works fine or not?

During my tests it worked, but what for using in a longer show?
