New controller won't play sequences. Help!

This year I added a new controller to my show, taking me from 2 controllers to 3. I set up the new controller as controller 3, and hooked it up with the other 2. In the hardware utility, it recognizes all 3 controllers and I can turn on all the channels from all 3 controllers.

However, when I go into the sequence editor and run a sequence, only the first two controllers work. The 3rd (new) controller does not do anything. I set the channels in the sequence I used for controller 3, channels 1 through 16. I double checked this. When it didn't work, I then opened up a sequence from last year and set 16 of the channels as controller 3, channels 1 - 16. There were only 32 channels in this sequence, so I know that nothing was double assigned.

I'm at a loss and frustrated that I couldn't get this figured out. It seems weird that the 3rd controller works fine in the hardware utility but not the sequence editor. I'm sure it's something that I'm doing wrong but can't figure out what it is. Help!

You may want to check the level of license that you have. The basic only allows 2 controllers, BASIC PLUS allows for 4. Just a thought.

Thanks Earle! I'm guessing this is the problem. I just checked on my computer and it shows that I have the basic license. I knew it had to be some sort of user error. I'll upgrade and post back tomorrow if that was the issue for sure. I wish the software would have some sort of popup warning if you're trying to control more lights than your license allows.
