Looks awesome - I want to do something similiar on my roof next year - how did you go about mounting your lights on the roof?

The roof is controlled by 64 channels. I took cut a 8 foot by 1 1/2 inch pvc pipe the long way and slid the socket end of 8 light strings into it. I the attached it to the gutter.

I then took a 8 foot by 3 inch pvc pipe and used that for the plug end so the is room for the extension cords.

I then used these in pairs for each of the 4 controller boxes that I placed on the roof. the 1 1/2 inch pipe is attached to the gutter support. The light strings are long enough so that that strings run over the peak of the roof and the 3 inch pipes rest on the other side by the controllers.

The lights are not actually attached to the roof shingles

The show is up and running. I only had a few cars stop for a song or 2.
