JimT Posted November 24, 2010 Posted November 24, 2010 I'm having trouble with my arches. A channel or two will stick on after firing. They'll turn off / reset once the arches hit a section in the sequence where they fire again. But, it looks really bad with a few random sections of arches lit up.Any suggestions?Thanks!- JT
jldavis1969 Posted November 24, 2010 Posted November 24, 2010 Try using another cat5 cable. I had just one bad cable during testing and replaced it and the priblem went away.
lleibeck Posted November 26, 2010 Posted November 26, 2010 I had same issue a couple times, one fix was to reset the controller. I have the CBT16D Blue Board. To reset, I unplugged, set rotary ID switches to 0, 0. Powered unit on, power off, set switches back to to correct controller ID, powered on. FIXED.One of the other units was sent back to LOR after Christmas, they fixed that one, all I remember them saying there was a program stuck in memory, don't recall all the details but it worked when I got it back.L

Ended up being my fault as I did a sloppy job splicing one of the data cable ends on.-Jeff
JimT Posted November 26, 2010 Author Posted November 26, 2010 L,It worked! Thank you so much for your help. I REALLY appreciate it!Thanks others who replied as well. The firmware was already up to date. And, the units are on wireless with new cables from LOR -- so it wasn't the cables.Resetting the controllers fixed the problem. Thanks again,- JT
