FM transmitter, and the loss of OTA Digital TV

I just noticed then when my mobile black box is on, and transmitting, I lose the ability to receive OTA digital TV via rabbit ears, or attic antennae.

The FM transmitter antennae is in the attic for better coverage, but it clearly is over powering my TV reception antennas, anyone have any idea's to help both play nice with each other?

Move the FM transmitter antenna. Both distance in the Horz. plane and either higher or lower in the vertical plane.

To clarify this is effecting all TV's with independent rabbit ears, both close, and as far away as possible from the transmit ant.

So moving the transmit ant. will not get it any further from a given rabbit ear TV. A difference of 3 stories, and around 75 feet in horizontal distance.

Does it involve all channels, or just a few?

If all, it's front end overload. If it's only select channels, it may be harmonics.

I suspect it's the former, but let us know...

It effects all OTA channels as far as reduction of the signal. Some channels have a better signal then others under normal circumstances, so I still get some video on some channels, but I see a reduction in signal strength on all channels
