Have had excellent results from christmas depot for lights..and CDI for SPT and plugs, many swear by CDI for lights.

There are tons more..just search the forums.

Even more important, a few you'll want to avoid...

I was hoping maybe someone would PM me and tell me those ones! I've been on the hunt! So far best price I've seen is Christmas Depot - 600 lights for $40 is a pretty decent deal...

Again - and as always - correct me if Im wrong!

JJ,

Thanks for your response. Was there any reason in
particular that you selected them? I am looking over
their site now...

Now you guys may yell at me, but eh - oh well...

1100 LED's later from Lowe's, there is more to the collection! :P

I choose them based on the great reviews and the 10% off PC discount code. Their prices are good even without the discount.

My Xmas videos from previous years are with the six channel Mr Christmas. This will be my first year with LOR. I can take more pics and vids of the LEDs if you want. I am using their 5mm on my minitrees and their M5 blue and white icicles. All of my C7s and C9s are from Menards or Christmas Lights Etc (Enviromental LED doesn't stock C9s or the C6s I needed).

Are your C's LED or incandescent?

How many C's your running??

I've been looking at the M5's but havent taken
the time in the forums to check out reviews of
what people thought about them...

Your input on those?

Thanks Yank!

I would presume those aren't dimmable.

But those one's arent intended for anything
else but 'on/off' states anyways in my display.

That going to hurt things?

yea, if you try to dim a non dimmable, you will ether get a flicker, for a couple of secs, or just go out. Not good for leds.

One thing I can say. Under no circumstance should you buy from:

www.ledholidaylighting.com

The prices blow "EVERYONE" out of the water. But If you get your goods, right, broken, or nothing at all, is not worth the headache!

Welcome to the forums! What kind of setup did you get?
Aren't we all just 'newbies' to some degree or another?!
Dont be afraid to ask questions - people seem very

Thinking of adding more lights! :D

Anyone know of a good place online to purchase lights?

Here's the deal, IMO. Purchasing lights now you will pay top dollar. I wouldn't go overboard with this, I would wait until next season pre-order and you will hear all about it on these boards as to when it is. LOAD UP THEN. I have dealt with three vendors here. Two of them I will recommend.

You've already been warned about the 3rd one so I won't go into details.!!

I purchased

C9 LED Faceted Pure Green Prelamped 25 Light Set, Green Wire

C7 LED Faceted Green Prelamped 25 Light Set, Green Wire

70 LED Pure Green (Mini Ice - M5) Light Set, Green Wire

All green led, that's what I was missing;

I found the quality very, very good; they dim very well

I will be buying more, different colors, for next year; all done for this year

I would not buy from ledholidaylighting(my opinion), you'll pay but never get your lights

good luck
