mikehorrocks Posted November 15, 2010 Posted November 15, 2010 I have a DC MP3 attached to my LOR box and I went to put in a test show by inserting the SD. I have tried building the show with both the "Simple show builder" and with the "Hardware" option as well. I have formated the SD card both times to make sure it is clean. The files show up on the SD fine. I have even tried different SD cards (one 64M and one 512M). I have turned off the boxes, I have reset the DCMP3. I have even tried a show that I did for Halloween (which worked great two weeks ago), but it still does the same thing...rapid red blinking light on the DCMP3 and the LOR just keeps blinking red.HELP! What I am doing wrong?
wallleyes Posted November 15, 2010 Posted November 15, 2010 Make sure you have your sd cards formatted in fat or fat 16 NOT fat 32 which on my windows xp is the default.
mikehorrocks Posted November 18, 2010 Author Posted November 18, 2010 That was it. I also found out that there is a new firmware version that is supposed to handle FAT32 and other newer SD formats (HD, etc.)
