Great Service from Christmas On Mannor

Yes, this is somewhat of a personal "thanks" - but I feel its entirely appropriate to put in the public forum because MANY of use use the Rainbow / Greg's products.

In todays cost cutting world, shrinking $$ have resulted in really poor customer service by many businesses small and large. We, the consumer is ALWAYS quick as lightning to speak out when we have been wronged, but sadly not as fast when something or someone goes above and beyond.

Just a quick note to say thanks to Greg at Christmas on Mannor. I know its a small (but growning) business, and I suspect he works a full time job during the day, and spends every moment of free time counting LED's and packing / shipping product.

I had a MINOR issue with what turned out to be a bad LED. I'm just a guy with 3 kit-form floods. Greg could have said "its a kit, your on your own" or "it will be x dollars for a new PCB or some LED's" - But he did NOT.

I recieved a PROMPT and friendly response - and a SEVERAL spare LED's (AND a cupon - but that might be in everyone's box)

My point is Greg, Just like Dan does a fantastic job taking care of his customers. No matter how smart or dumb the customer is or who's fault it was - He just wants happy customers.

I hope anyone considering a purchase from Christmas On Mannor see's this and that they buy the products and Greg's company continues to grow.

( of course LOR has outstanding service also, but I'm pretty sure I have allready made that post, and dont want Dan thinking im just trying to get a green slip in next years sale order) Besides I'm pretty sure Alex did the magic ticket stuffing this year. You have to get Alex a really great present if you want free stuff next year:)

So very true re Greg..not much more I can add to the kudos except to say, it looks to me like, his is how he treats EVERY customer...I had a couple issues, the kind that may or may not have been my doing, and it was taken care of, no questions asked.

I've been hawking Gregs Floods and Spotlights at work and on FB to my friends to use them for landscaping lights. I LOVE these things! 'had a friend of mine over the other day teaching him how to solder using a Flood kit.. Del had a good time, did a pretty good job for his first time soldering a kit as these..

I've got 4 Floods, and 5 Spots.. 'replacing all my landscaping lights guts with Floods and Spots, using the existing housings, couldnt be easier, or look better for the money. Good job Greg! May your business really takeoff!
