Brian Mitchell
Last night and this morning we are having 40-50 mph wind gusts. It has kindly let me know everything that I forgot to stake down or didn't have secured well enough. The stakes even broke on a couple items. I feel like I'm Chicago or Kansas. They're not moving much at all this year due to an upgrade in guying, but the strands are swaying in a nice rhythmic motion... mmmmmm... I think I'm going to take a nap now. huskernut
It was really windy here in Nebraska Saturday when I was putting up my new Robin wheel. I saw right away that I was worried bout the 1.5 inch sch 40 PVC snapping off so took it down and put steel pipe inside. Probably a good thing I noticed it in the wind then to find out too late.RickBy the way, this is a really cool addition to my display, you can do so much with it. It does take me a little longer to sequence though.
