mijoangel
I did it last year, but totally forgot on this subject. On the arches how far away do you space the rebar stakes from each other and what angle do you put the rebar stakes? I would appreciate it if anyone could help me out on this.. Thank You in advance. JBullard
How long are your arches? 5 ft? 10 ft? 15 ft? 20 Ft?How high do you want the arch to be? Set your rebar closer for a taller arch or wider apart for a lower arch. There is no "standard or rule", it's your display, just do what looks good to you. Brian Mitchell
I have 10 ft arches and set the rebar 8ft apart at about a 45 degree angle.
George Simmons
I have ten foot arches and would like to set the rebar eight feet apart but I can't because they wouldn't all fit, so I have to set them 7.5 feet apart. I try to keep the rebar at about 60 degrees.

The only problem I ran into is when i set my first one up one of my wires pulled out of the socket (using 100 ct minis) - not sure if it was due to bending the PVC or if there was a defect in that strand. I am pretty sure I didnt wrap my lights too tight but time will tell when I set them up
