LawnMowerMan
Hi all! I am very excited about getting going this year. I have already started sequencing and am waiting for my 16 channel setup to arrive. I have read the forums and al of you have been extremely helpful. Two questions:1: How can I set-up my animation with photo and all the hard work I did with the lights and move it to another computer?2. After reading the forums I still don't understand how to take a 32+ and bring it down to 16 channels. I assume it has something to do with the clipboard? Thanks all for your help!BTW, will fill out my profile but I am located in Odessa, Florida. I also took advantage of the great GE coupon and the $3.33 price for 50 LED's at Lowes, bought over 100 boxes! Woo Hoo!!Thanks again!Eric

Robert G.
Welcome to LOR LawnMowerMan! I hope things turn out good for your first setup. As for your second question, open the 32 channel file and play through it a few times. Any good parts or "climax" parts that you like, copy those channels and paste them above into your 1-16 channel range. Make sure they are in the same row/column where you copied them from. All in all, it's not that hard. If you have any questions, feel free to ask.Just to let you know, since it's your first year using LOR, take a visit at my website and check out tutorials and such. I have a page of many sequences for free download and all you have to do is contact me for the mp3's. If you sign up as a member (for free) you get access to many more sequences and join the 200+ member community.Have fun with LOR!My website: www.Ourlightdisplay.webs.com
LawnMowerMan
Thanks to the both of you!I am actually getting the hang of it tonight, doing Mr. Grinch as my first one, pretty easy. Although time consuming this is great! Already over 1K down and I am sure more to come as I get my lights up! LOL! My wife is on her computer doing "It's beginning to look a lot like Christmas" by Bing. She is now as hooked as I am.Can't wait till next year already to buy more controllers! Ha!Where does it all end!!One question to ask... Does anyone in a deed restricted community ever get in trouble for too much traffic?
Robert G.
As for as getting in trouble for traffic, then the answer is no. If you do a good job you'll get maybe 10 to 25+ cars a night. I even go as far as turning out the bulb in the street light and noone says anything. =p
