timmy Posted October 14, 2010 Share Posted October 14, 2010 I have a slight dilemma. I purchased the V6000 at the start of the year and just got to open it in late September to test with my display. I found it is not sufficient for my display. There is absolutely nothing wrong with this unit, it is still brand new. I contacted customer support and they said for me to purchase the E4000 and then return the V6000 for a refund. I purchased the Eclipse last night and wake up this morning to an email saying they could not help me because I was out of the 90 day window. I am now stuck with both units. This is my fault. I should have opened it immediately and tested it. My display needs a little further range then the V6000 offers. Nothing bad to say about this transmitter.
