stachows
Scenario: Trying something new this year for halloween.I have 200 Halloween sounds and songs in a Zara Radio playlist that plays behind my LOR show.I have two interactive triggers. One motion sensor, and one button (Where my doorbell should be - it turns all the lights off, turns on my strobe and plays a scream!!!). Both triggers workfine.I want the triggers to MUTE or pause Zara Radio from the background. I could use windows command to do these kinds of things, but I cannot find commands for Zara.I can use DTMF, but do not want to hear the tones. Any ideas? Thanks,Scott. jeffl
I have an AutoIT script compiled to an executable that performs send keys operations in windows that will send like ALT M Play. It works, but only if there is a monitor hooked up to the machine and it's logged in.Other than this, I don't see a way for it work and this way really isn't that good. stachows
Hi Jeff.Yeah.. I thought of that. It would work.I ended up changing my show around a little bit and was able to do what I wanted. Here is what I did:I turned off Zara radioI cut down my effects/songs to 20 instead of 200.I made music sequences out of my 20 effects/songs.This worked exactly as I wanted. When my motion sensor detects someone a loud scary voice comes across my speakers telling the visitor to go away etc. Then when they push my (doorbell), all the lights go out and the stobe comes on and blinds them with a scream playing. In either case using the musical sequnces instead of Zara works perfectly. they stop before and restart after interactive is effect is triggered.Thanks!Scott.
