outside decorations

I know that people use mega trees which I can't since I have no flag pole, mini trees which I have tomatoe cages, put them upside down and I would have one. But what else can you put in the yard to decorate with? I obviously have some trees and the house, but what does everyone put in the yard? Preferrably something you can make yourself and not have to buy a premade item.

I have Wire Mesh lettering (that is easy to make), coroplast designs and/or lettering, snowflakes that you can hang from trees, Strobe lights, net lights for bushes, and many other things are what I have in addition to a small Mega tree and several Mini Trees.

I might feel dumb asking this, but what is coroplast?

Coroplast is the corrogated plastic that campaign signs are made of. It is easy to cut out and use to create a custom decoration. You can find it at sign shops or at sign supply stores. There is an entire forum dedicated to plywood, cut-outs and coroplast.
