What guage wire is recommended to make a 18' tree.

Hi

We're going to string lights on the wires straight up to a peak to form a tree .From the ground to the peak is approx. 15-18'. I'm going to anchor the wire's in the ground with metal fence post or large tent stakes. Then up to 1 1/2" heavy duty eye hook attached to a deck railing (reinforced).

In my opinion you don't really need very heavy wire. Some guys use just the lights. A suggestion might be some thin aircraft cable?
