upgrade from from basic plus to standard

is it possible to upgrade from basic plus to standard or advanced while only paying the difference between 18 and whichever price i pick or do i have to pay the 49 for the basic package all over again?

According to the store, the price to upgrade from Basic Plus to Standard is $30, and Basic Plus to Advanced is is $70.
