Apparently this was not a new issue. I happen to be going through my sent emails and realized that there were many emails I sent out through thedementedelf@thedementedelf.com that I never got responses from. I apologize if I left anyone with the perception of ignoring you, or that I had disappeared from the Christmas decorating community. The email issue has been solved and the above address is again receiving mail.In an attempt to try and make things right I am going to extend the $40 sale price on package #5 through August 15th. Again I apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for your support through the past few years . Kevin
