Roger Leon Forbes Posted June 1, 2010 Posted June 1, 2010 1. Tennessee Mini June 25/26, 2010 The Tennessee Mini will be held on June 26, 2010 at the Spirit Of The Smokies Resort in Pigeon Forge, TN. The room rate for the event will be $52.95 per night, call the Spirit of the Smokeies (www.spritofthesmokieslodge.com) at 800-The-Mountains or 865-453-4106 and referance the TN Planet Christmas Mini for booking. Breakfest on Saturday will be all you can eat for $7.00 per person, lunch will be all you can eat for $10.00 per person at Woods Grill at the resort. The meeting room will hold 100 plus people and will be set up by the resort. The meeting room will cost us $100.00 so a collection will be taken to cover the meeting room cost. Please let me know if we want to have drinks and snacks in the meeting room, we can bring our own or the resort will set them up for us at cost.I will need to provide some what of a count as to the number of people plaining to attained so please email me by PM here or at my email address rogerleonforbes@embarqmail.com with number of people you will have coming.If anyone would like to make a presentation or speak please email and book your time. I would like to have some help with this and if anyone is interested in helping with door prizes, if they are desired, again email me. Roger Leon Forbes Posted June 4, 2010 Author Posted June 4, 2010 If you are going to stay at the hotel you need to book before the 11th to insure the room rate. The hotel is accross the parking lot from Christmas Place.
