sequence editor stopped working

After I set the sequence editor to go to the musical sequence, I click on the music, and when it tried to load, I get a screen that says, light o rama sequence editor has stopped working. I just purchase a new sequence from LOR and can't get it to work. I have also upgraded to the new version, 2.7.6. Only some of the music and sequences work. What am I doing wrong?

With such a broad error message, and no real troubleshooting information given to you, I would suggest that you uninstall and reinstall the software.
