Shimmer and Twinkle effects

Are there any videos showing LEDs on the Shimmer and/or Twinkle effects ?

Can the speed of these effects be adjusted?

High speed shimmer would be useful when holding a musical note (vibrato)

Shimmer is just full on and full off, every other cycle. At 60Hz, it would be a .032 second timing or 30Hz. The frequency is not controllable since it's synced to the power line. Shimmer is at such a fast rate that none of the videos will show it correctly.

Twinkle is a random flashing where the lights are never on more than about a second. If more than one channel is in twinkle mode, they will flash independently. I can't point to a video showing it but it should be slow enough to see.
