  1. Hi Dan the lights are in and we are in the process of shipping
  2. Your driving down the road and keep thinking to yourself, "that would be a good tree to wrap"
  3. i agree with Big Mur, i use hostmonster for everything and its been great
  4. Ralph, Are these LEDs or Incans or a mix?
  5. Hi Bman, you uncovered my plan: sell one strand and retire.... Thanks for the catch I have corrected the issue so cart should work correctly.
  6. We wanted to thank everyone with a Cyber Monday sale and offer our deepest discount of the season for one day only. If you ordered during the presale your coupon code will still work for an additional savings. Visit www.magicinthesky.com/lighting . Lights are limited to quantity on hand and sold on a first come basis, sorry but we can't accept pre-orders or offer rain checks.
  7. Hi Drew, We keep a few of everything for replacements, but have lots of extra (think cases) of some stuff and thats what we will be selling off.
  8. I wanted to thank everyone who participated in our presale this year and was so flexible in the delays experienced. We have sorted through the left over lights and will be offering them for sale starting November 1st. We will have most of the items in the catalog available. These lights are in stock and ship via FedEx daily. Customers who participated in the pre-sale will receive a discount code via email on Wednesday 10/31. Items are limited to quantity on hand and sold on a first come basis, sorry but we can't accept pre-orders or offer rain checks.
  9. Hi Everyone, As a general update, we have received and inspected the shipment and everything looks great. We have shipped just over 47% of the lights and have a crew of 12 scheduled over the weekend so everything will be out to FedEx by Monday morning. Please note that to make things as fast as possible we shipped full cases first and then started the picking process for individual strand orders. Many folks ordered a mix of full cases and strands so you might get the cases Monday or Tuesday and then a second batch with the individual strands Wednesday or Thursday. I will be replying to ind
  10. To update everyone: The container has officially cleared customs and is working its way to San Antonio (we are about three hours from the inspection station). We have 246 preprinted labels for full cases which will be cross docked as they come off the container for immediate shipment and then we will be picking the per stand orders for shipment. Please note that if you have some individual strands and some full cases the full cases may arrive in a different shipment than the strands but will all be shipped as fast as possible. Jacob J Dell
  11. To keep everyone up to date of what is going on with the container, it has been sitting at St. George Customs station waiting to be cleared. It has already passed an X-ray exam. We continue to have everything on standby to ship everything just as soon as it is released. You can monitor the progress and view a webcam at http://stgl.stgusa.com/warehousingSTG/warehousing?event=HOME&db=HOU The container number is CMAU8102174. Our broker said most Christmas related containers are being flagged for inspection, but didn't know why. As always you can reach us at 210-267-5371 or jacob@magicinthes
  12. Status update: The ship has official docked in Houston and the container is being offloaded to Customs. We have received a notice from customs that the container has been flagged for inspection and our customs broker is working with Homeland Security to get it cleared quickly. Once it is released we will be trucking to our warehouse and shipped out to you. You will receive an email from FedEx with your tracking number(s). Thanks again to everyone for being so understanding as we worked through this. Jacob J Dell
  13. The tracking still shows Sept 21 as the ETA in Houston. You can track its route at http://www.marinetraffic.com/ais/default.aspx?oldmmsi=353467000&zoom=5&olddate=lastknown . Later this week we will be preprinting shipping labels from FedEx for the lights so we can cross dock them to FedEx. This will generate a tracking number for your box(es) that will be emailed to you.
  14. I learned from China today that the final LCL of lights sailed on Aug 22. You can track the container at http://www.cma-cgm.com/eBusiness/Tracking/Default.aspx?ContNum=CMAU8102174&T=3720122126427 . Unfortunately you will find the ETA is Sept 19th. I will continue to post updates if this changes. If your order contained 35 or 100 count strands, c7 stringers, powder blue in and lens or length; or red or green m5 50 or 70 count, all of them are on this load. We are supposed to be getting icicles and orange in next week and will email you a tracking number before we ship. If you are doing a
  15. Wayne beat me to the punch/post. Yesterday afternoon we did receive a little over 200 cases and are aggressively packing them to ship out today. That’s the good news; the bad news is that we still don’t have a tracking update on the other two batches the shipment. (Without going in to the long story, we knew we needed to get stuff to the United States ASAP so we had each batch sent as it was finished LCL to get things going even though this only saved a few days per batch) Everyone should still be getting an email today to confirm shipping and ask a few other questions. When California op
