I have gone in to the hardware utility and the controller is not found. Unit ID is set to 01 on the controller. I unplugged it, set it to 00 and then powered it back up to reset the hardware and then set it back to 01 with no luck. Any suggestions? The status light goes solid when I pull up the hardware utility so there seems to be some communication but it never finds it.

I did not realize until I double checked today I only have 1 controller with the 8 strands. I would do the controller and strands for $90 shipped.

I have 2 1602 controllers for sale. The boards are blue, I believe there are green and blue depending on series. 1 of them does have a damaged RJ45 port that probably just needs replacing and if you can solder you should be able to replace it.
