  1. Thanks Orville... I'll try and let you know!!!
  2. Thanks TheDucks! I don't use fuses with these strands as I build them to length with C-9 off a bulk roll and I use vampire plugs for connectivity on strands and extensions, so fuses aren't an issue. Besides that, the strand is working just fine as a static line directly into an outlet bypassing the controller.
  3. I'm using 3 strands of C-9 lights on my 2nd controller (red, green & white) on channels 1,2 & 3 and until yesterday, all three worked flawlessly. Today the green strand on channel 2 stopped working. I suspected something wrong with the strand, so I unplugged it from the LOR controller and plugged it directly into a 120V outlet. The entire strand lit up fine. So I pulled both fuses from the controller and checked them on my VOM and the fuses are fine. So I plugged the green strand into channel 1 which the red strand was working on and got nothing. Plugged the red strand back into #1 and
  4. I ran into the same problem with one of my sequences. It was off by .0125. Matt from LOR suggested that I figure out in Sequence Editor which end of the sequence was too long and just trim it. He didn't realize I had ready to go RTG sequences, so no editing allowed. If you have editable sequences, you can go in and trim to meet the motion pak length. In my case, I had to buy a new RTG sequence that was shorter. Kind of a bummer. You would think LOR would match the motion paks to the sequences they previously sold us.
  5. I was fortunate to have Matt from LOR spend an hour with me remotely controlling my computer. It turns out that Motion Paks REQUIRE an exact name match for the base sequences. The base sequences have small variances in name unless you have recently purchased them. As an example, my base sequence originally purchased was named Its The Most Wonderful Time Of The Year-RTG-AndyWilliams.lms. For it to work with Motion Paks, we had to rename the original sequence to Its The Most Wonderful Time Of The Year-Andy Williams-C68P32-RTG.lms. You have to add C68P32 to each file name and you have to add a sp
  6. Not sure why is says Advanced license... correct me if I'm wrong, but it appears I have the Pro license...
  7. First year trying the four singing trees. Bought 9 of the motion paks and then went in to add them to the 9 sequences I already had. While my sequences and motion paks are all in the default directory, for some reason it won't recognize that I have the matching sequences. It's bumming me out pretty good. What ideas do you have to resolve the issue? Thanks for any help you can give me!
  8. JR, I bought all four of the singing trees and upgraded the sequences to motion packs. I did it to take advantage of the LOR sale, but honestly, I didn't investigate it much at all. Is it as simple as plugging each controller into a channel on my LOR controllers? I sure hope so! :-)
  9. I agree with Don and it may be a size problem. I used a 32 GB SD card and it wouldn't work for me either. I switched to an 8GB SD card and it worked!
  10. If you wouldn't mind, would you please post the instructions LOR gave you for resetting the controllers? I've looked in a keyword search and can't find them on the forum. Thanks!
  11. I'm not using a computer... I use Simple Show Builder and an SD card in the built in MP3. I think I'm looking for a show with all on... does that sound right?
  12. I've got 64 channels on 4 controllers and the guys that put the lights up on my roof lines (3 stories) want to turn them all on so they can tighten or replace bulbs as needed. Is there a way to do it using the controller? I'm suspecting it might be a sequence that is used, but I'm a newbie and I don't create sequences... I buy them. Any help would be greatly appreciated!!!
  13. Length should not be an issue as CAT5 standards would allow up to 235 feet. I'm guessing you terminated the cable incorrectly or have the pin-out mis-wired. If you bought the cable pre-made, there is a flaw in the cable or RG45 connector is incorrectly wired. If the pin-out is corect, try running a continuity test.
  14. I think this is standard for LOR. I believe they won't charge you until your order is shipped, but they use PayPal for the authorizations. My confirmation email from PayPal included the wording "The final payment amount may change when the merchant completes the order." I wouldn't worry... they are a very standup company!
