DrewMaddox Posted December 14, 2009 Share Posted December 14, 2009 This year I upgraded to 2.6.0 software and programmed a few sequences.I've noticed a problem mostly on a song that has a slow fade (5 seconds).The fade starts then sometimes about 2 seconds into fade, everything goes black then comes back on in next cue (after fade).I am not using LEDs.What should I check?I upgraded to 2.6.2 software. And it still does this intermittantly... Watching the show, maybe 2 of 3 times it will do this.All 9 controllers are 16 channel and have the same firmware version.I did upgrade computer this year. DrewMaddox Posted December 18, 2009 Author Share Posted December 18, 2009 Ok, I figured it out.The problem turned out to be from when I added sign lights to a background show and had all of the channels listed in the "sign" sequence. Every time that 1 minute background sequence would loop (once per minute), it would shut off all the channels (except the signs). It was most noticible during slow fades...I discovered my error when I stumbled across the verifier. I had never used it before... It told me that I had the channels defined in both places. Very helpful. I removed all the other channels from the "sign" sequence and the "intermittant" problem is gone! Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
