I purchased a basic kit, Ctb16pc in January of this year....everything has gone well untill this week, when I opened the program to have a fiddle....as you do.....and got a box saying I had an unlicensed trial version and that it would not control the lights or play the video.This is surprising considerring ive been happily programming sequences for 6 months and when i first got the system it controled the lights on our test and did everything it was meant to do....Ive never seen this message before.Ive written to the NZ agent I bought the system off but havnt heard back form him yet...any suggestions????:X:) Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Hopefully, the agent you bought from had your email address, and submitted it to LOR in June when they were getting ready to start the license program. If you did not provide an email address when you bought it, I do expect that LOR and your agent will be able to work out the details and get you going.
