Before the sale started, I added a non sale item and then I went all the way to 'confirmation' in the paypal path, all worked OK and then backed out back to the sale page and waited for the sale to start. I got a text from a friend who said it froze on him 3 times at checkout and 4,3,2 and then NONE I knew they would go quick. That was a good savings. That's the thing about the Spring Sale, limited quantities and lower prices. You have to be there when it starts or you may not get what you want. We would jump in when the sale started, buy the hot items and check out. Then we would have to come back in and buy the regular items that we wanted. Didn't get in on the Mad Grab, but my default e-mail when I registered is not the same one I order through the LOR Store. And sometimes instead of going to the E-mail I used for the actual order, it sometimes defaults to my "Original Registration E-Mail" when I started in this hobby. So if you have a secondary e-mail you might have used, and didn't use the default LOR has on file for your initial registration when you licensed the software suite, you may want to check that e-mail for your confirmation. Just a suggestion, since I have several e-mail accounts and sometimes when I order from LOR it ends up in my original e-mail I registered the Software Suite with when I got my license for the software instead of the one I wanted it to go to. Kapkirk Posted May 25, 2020 Author Share Posted May 25, 2020 I am guessing now you know, but I think this confirms LOR is headed to the pixel/rgb way of lightning in a big way, this is the first mad grab sale that I recall the ctb16 residential controllers didn't sell out, usually within minutes.
