Control at Channel Level

I am sure this has been asked and answered a million times, but I have been searching and can't seem to find what I am looking for. If someone could point me in the right direction - I would be happy to go to the post.

First, I have I standard CTB16 controller for regular lights and a falcon controller for my RGB. If I use a motion - it will work with all my lights. If I choose r1c1 it will change it from red to green to blue. That is the only channel that it will let me manipulate. I obviously do not have something set up right to not be able to make any changes. What am I missing. I know that I have something set up wrong like I did the very first time that I tried to use 4 CTB16 controllers and had the channels wrong per unit.

Using latest version of software pro edition. I feel like it is the fact that it says the DMX is only 1 channel....not sure how to change that..

It doesn't say the Pixel Tree is only 1 channel - it says it starts on channel 1.

To see more details on the Pixel Tree, click on "Design", and then double-click on Pixel Tree.

To show your issue, open a sequence with that Preview, and send a screenshot of that.
