3/24 update:

Orders and shipping are caught up and normal at this time.  It does appear that shipping services are picking up packages.  

Orders and Shipping are open at this time.  The owner, not an employee, is making ready any orders that come in.  At this time it appears that UPS, FedEx, and/or USPS are doing pickups.  For those orders that have not yet shipped, or those currently in transit, we cannot make ANY promises as to when your order may be delivered.  You should expect that any orders placed could be delayed despite our best efforts.


Please be advised that due to restrictions popping up all over the country due to Covid-19 , especially in NY State where the LOR factory and headquarters are located, many of our departments are now CLOSED until the restrictions are lifted.

Production at our NYS plant is suspended and closed. 

Repair and Warranty Exchanges are suspended and closed.  We will of course honor your warranty should it expire during the time we are closed.  We will still accept and create RMAs, however it is probably for the best that you wait.  Repairs or exchanges will be delayed and we expect the delay to extend past the lifting of restrictions.

Technical Support and Phones are open.  The technical support team is located around the country, and working from home.  Be aware however that while we may answer the phone or your help ticket, we may not be able to provide an immediate solution because of these closures.  

Thank you for your understanding.   The health and well-being of LOR employees, as well as yours, is our #1 concern.  Please follow the instructions given by your local authorities to help stop/slow the spread of this virus.
