bbig Posted October 28, 2019 Share Posted October 28, 2019 I updated to 5.3.8 pro this evening and am having trouble setting up a preview. When I select "background" I can select a file but no matter what file I pick I get a blank screen with black borders. I've tried JPEGs, BMPs, PNGs, and several other formats. What am I doing wrong? k6ccc Posted October 28, 2019 Share Posted October 28, 2019 I just tried it with 5.3.8 on my show computer. Selected one of the Windows sample photos (which is a .jpg), and it worked just fine. tlogan Posted October 28, 2019 Share Posted October 28, 2019 There's a Background tab that can set the image brightness....maybe it is set too dark.
