Channel List

I thought I saw this somewhere before, but now I can't find it. So sorry if I'm dredging up old material...

I've switched from S4 to S5 this year and for the life of me I cannot find a way to view my channels as a list. S4 you could pull up a window that would show your list, and from left to right you could change the Name, Color, and all of the various channel and controller type settings.

The main thing here is I am starting from scratch, so not importing old configurations, and I don't want to double click down and fumble through the each individual channel when I could work across an Excel style list much faster. With hundreds of channels the time really adds up.

Generally, you change a prop name in the Prop Definition window - which can be opened by double-clicking on the prop in sequence grid, or in Preview Design.

There is a search and replace text function on the Channel Conflicts & Bulk Changes tab in Preview Design that allows you to search and replace the text in prop names in the same manner you would using a word processor.

Finally, if you just want to get your channel list into a spreadsheet, you can copy and paste from the table shown on the String Summary tab of Preview Design.
