mijosq
I reset my PixCon16 controller to "Factory Reset" and currently all the channels are on when I plug in the controller. There's no PC connected, but if I do a test from the "Network Utility" then the ones' that are off turn on. Hold down two buttons for Factory Reset while applying power Power LED and Status LED both flash simultaneous (I've plugged in the RJ45 the two times I tried to reset) Unplug Plug in and all channels turn on white color I've attached two videos to clarify the issue I'm having. No PC connected. Controller connected to PC using network utility to test LED Edited June 7, 2019 by mijosq
Mr. P
If you factory reset then you need to go back in and configure the controller from the beginning.
mijosq
If it's factory reset, should the LED light come on? The first video is without any PC connected. Would I need to update the firmware if it was reset? Edited June 7, 2019 by mijosq Added question

Would I need to update the firmware if it was reset? The green led light shows there is power. The red flashing led shows that the board and the LOR software are not talking. If you reset the controller then you need to connect the Pixcon to your ethernet port and configure the controller again.
