Video Crashes Sequencer when I Create New Sequence

For some odd reason, whenever I try to load up my custom video onto my sequence, it crashes my sequencer. Even if every program is closed. I tried looking online for solutions, but no result. Audio sequences work fine, just when I try to load up a video, it crashes. I get no error or anything.
