I just wanted to open the sequencer because the message comes "This license key is already on the maximum allowed number of computers. Please purchase additional licenses, or contact Lightorama if you believe this is mistaken." Over the years that I use the program, I have repeatedly changed computers, but I only use the software for my show. I spent a lot of money on the software and hardware. I do not think it's good that it does not work anymore. What should I do now? I'm sorry for my bad English, I only speak German and work with a translator. Can you help me ? Just an FYI, what happened is that you used up your limit of 5 licenses on computers, LOR just gave you some more. If this happens again just conttact the HELP Desk. k6ccc Posted August 26, 2018 Share Posted August 26, 2018 I have had to up my license computer count over the years as I have replaced computers. Simply open a support case, and what I do is list the computers that I have that are in service and being replaced.
